We want you to love your Caitlyn Minimalist jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn, non-personalized pieces. Please note that custom-engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Place the jewelry in its original Caitlyn Minimalist packaging to ensure it is protected during transit and include the packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
